Copywriting and Editing:
For copywriting and editing projects, you may submit files in various formats, including PDF, DOC, and INDD (other Adobe file formats may be acceptable). Please call ahead to discuss your copywriting and editing requirements.
Print-ready PDFs:
We maintain a PDF-centered workflow. PDFs streamline our workflow, they optimize print quality by communicating in the print language of our Xerox press, and they help you avoid pre-press charges. To prepare a print-ready PDF for submission, please read this instructional PDF.
