PDF Workflow

 

At 360 VIRTUAL ASSISTANCE, we maintain a PDF-centered workflow. Therefore, we prefer that you submit files in PDF format. PDF is the de facto file format preferred industry-wide. PDF file formats optimize print quality by communicating in the print language of our Xerox press, PDFs contribute to the efficiency of our workflow, and PDFs help you avoid pre-press charges.  We support other file formats (e.g., Doc, Docx, EPS, INDD, Ai, PS, VDP, TiFF, and JPEG). For more information about how to submit a Print-ready PDF to our Studio, please download the instructional PDF below.

File Transfer Options:

 

The PrintMe app allows to you to conveniently and securely transfer files from to the EFI PrintMe Cloud. Use the app to transfer files from Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, Microsoft OneDrive, SugarSync, and 4shared. To utilize the PrintMe Cloud service, please do the following:

  • Download the free PrintMe mobile app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  • Files may not be larger than 25MB in size.
  • Files are transferred securely using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.
  • All files will be permanently deleted after 24 hours. You can also delete documents from your PrintMe mobile app.
  • In our 360 Process, files are secure from capture to print.

Rates

 

Because our integrated service architecture gives clients the flexibility to configure or scale services to meet their unique requirements, it is not possible to list all rates. Instead, what follows is an explanation of how services are billed:

 

  • Free quotes.
  • Free initial 10-minute consultation. Subsequent consultations are billed hourly.
  • Design layout, content creation, curation, and proofing are billed on a per-word, per-page, or per-project basis.
  • Retainer Plans are available for continuous services that will be invoiced monthly.
  • Large print runs require a deposit at Execution of Contract.
  • Some jobs may require full payment before work is performed.
  • Expedited services will incur an additional charge representing 50% of the base service rate.
  • Courier service is available at an additional cost.
  • Major credit cards accepted.
